Lifecycle policy at a glance

The platform follows Stripe webhook state as source of truth and applies entitlement access by active plan state.

Upgrade
Applied immediately with prorated billing. Premium entitlement access starts right away.
Downgrade
Applied at next billing cycle. Existing premium benefits remain until the current period ends.
Cancel
Uses period-end cancellation. Access remains available through the paid term.
Refunds
No in-product refund button. Exceptions are support-reviewed: within 24 hours, duplicate charge, or system fault.

How does trial and first payment work? ⌄
You can start with account creation and choose a plan when ready. Billing is processed through Stripe checkout, and you can manage renewal or cancel in Manage Billing from My Subscription or Settings.
What is included in Basic vs Premium? ⌄
Basic includes up to 5 collections and 10 decks with deck sharing support. Premium adds unlimited collections/decks plus deck import/export, rule-aware deck build, and unlimited boosted deck analysis.
Can I change plans later? ⌄
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade later. For billing-cycle or downgrade changes, the app routes you through Stripe billing management so period alignment and fair access are handled correctly.
Is annual billing charged monthly or once per year? ⌄
Annual plans are billed once per year. Monthly plans are billed every month. The pricing toggle shows the corresponding monthly or yearly amount for each plan from active database-backed plan data.
