The team behind C4 Comics is the same team behind Hybrid Enterprises — a software company headquartered in Saint Cloud, Florida that has spent years delivering identity and access management platforms for major government contracts, including work supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
We know how to build software that handles real scale, real security, and real users. But outside of work, we've always been card players. Pokemon, Magic, One Piece, Lorcana — if there's a pack to crack or a deck to build, we're in.
Then it hit us—despite everything modern software can do, why is managing a TCG collection still this painful? We decided to do something about it.

Hybrid Enterprises is an Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) software company based in Saint Cloud, Florida. We've built and deployed platforms that secure access, automate compliance, and manage identity lifecycles across cloud and on-premises environments for major government clients, including contracts with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
